Thep Krasattri is inland Thalang’s emerging villa zone, and its logic is arbitrage: villas in Thep Krasattri trade at a fraction of the per-square-metre rate of the Bang Tao beach area a short drive west, on plots the coast can no longer offer. The sub-district sits directly on Highway 402 (Thep Krasattri Road, the island’s main artery between the airport and Phuket Town), which makes it the practical address for frequent flyers and mainland commutes.
The developers tell you where this area is heading. Botanica Luxury Phuket built its Foresta phases here on plots of 380–862 square metres; Pearl Island Property (whose original Anchan Villas won Best Housing Development (Phuket) at the 2019 Thailand Property Awards) completed Anchan Flora in the tambon in 2025; and the Trichada series by Bangtao Paradise Construction, active on the island since 2003, extends into the same belt. To the east, the Khao Phra Thaeo rainforest reserve (over twenty square kilometres of protected forest) fixes a permanent green boundary.
