Villas for Sale in Sri Sunthon — 12 Available
12 live villas for sale from ฿26.9M to ฿88M
Villas for sale in Sri Sunthon are Phuket’s clearest value story: gated pool-villa estates in the inland heartland, at a per-square-metre rate C9 Hotelworks measured at roughly half of neighbouring Cherng Talay’s, with the same schools, Boat Avenue and beaches 10–15 minutes away. The estates below span two decades of build history, from Lakewood Hills to The Ozone Villas; each listing carries its ownership structure and our inspection notes.
Sri Sunthon (officially Si Sunthon, often written Srisoonthorn) is Phuket’s inland villa heartland: a Thalang sub-district of gated pool-villa estates on larger plots, sitting ten to fifteen minutes behind Bang Tao, Layan and Surin beaches. The commercial story of villas in Sri Sunthon is the value gap. C9 Hotelworks’ 2025 market update put the area’s median villa price per square metre at roughly half of neighbouring Cherng Talay’s, for the same school run, the same beaches, the same Laguna amenity belt.
The estates here span two decades of build history, which matters for resale buyers. Lakewood Hills dates to 2002 with mature gardens and an established community; Laguna Property’s Laguna Homes and Laguna Village phases extend the Banyan Group estate inland; Botanica’s multi-phase villas (built by Botanica Luxury Phuket since 2005) and Pearl Island Property’s Anchan series carry the mid-2010s wave; and projects like The Ozone Villas (completed 2023) bring the newest stock. Buying resale in this belt means inspecting a finished house in a proven estate: no construction wait, no artist’s impressions.
The family logistics explain the demand. The north-west Thalang area is Phuket’s densest international-school cluster: HeadStart Cherngtalay, British International School and UWC Thailand next to the Thanyapura sports campus. Sri Sunthon sits in the middle of it, with Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket handling the weekly shop. The sub-district takes its name from Thao Si Sunthon, one of the two heroines of the 1785 defence of Thalang; her monument still marks the area’s main intersection on the airport road, with the annual commemoration festival each March.
Sri Sunthon suits two kinds of buyer particularly well: families who have outgrown condo living and want plot size, privacy and a school run measured in minutes; and value-focused buyers who understand that the beach area’s premium is partly a label. The area’s micro-lanes (Pasak, Manik, Bang Jo) straddle the Cherng Talay border, so the same estate can appear under either name on portals. We list the live Sri Sunthon villas below with ownership notes per property; leasehold versus company-structure trade-offs are exactly the conversation to have before you offer.
